What is Life? Is it the beating of ones heart or each breath one takes. I'm just not to sure anymore. So I'm just throwing this out there to all of you in the Ectozone universe. Less than 10 minutes ago someone who was always like a grandmother to me passed away. We all knew it was coming and we had all tried to prepare for it, but when it hit I found myself sad and mad the world because of it.

So... what is life it only causes you pain and heartache? I know this has nothing to really to do with anything here, but I just had to get it out there before I just exploded. You can say what you want but it just seems like most of the time that Life just waits for you to get in a groove and then throws you a nasty curve ball.

I do want to say I am sorry for my ranting, but I had to lay it out there for others to see what their thoughts are on the subject of Life. Please for give me for all of this, but thanks if you read this. :(

Thanks for that. I guess I'm just a little upset right now. I really do appreciate your kind words. Again thanks.

I feel for your loss. I lost my grandmother almost five years ago, and there's days I realize I'm still not over it--she was that important to me.

One day at a time. That's the only thing I can say about getting through it.

My thoughts and best wishes are with you.

Life is extraordinarily painful. It's up to us to do what we can to make it bearable. If you think a bereavement forum would help - and if you want to discuss life in a lot of detail with some very philosophical people - I'd like to recommend The In Between. It might not be for you, but I've found some comfort there since suffering my own bereavement, so I like to mention it, especially as it's young and still finding its feet.

I would like to say thank you so much for all of your kind words. That means a lot to me. To EGBFan I will definitely try that site. And Fritz you're right you have to take it one day at a time. It's nice to know that even though I haven't been a member very long that there are good people in the world that do care. In this day and time that is saying a lot. Again thank you all. I knew there was a reason why I liked Ectozone so much besides it being about the Ghostbusters. I really do appreciate it.
