Was this also to the tune of Billy Joel's "We Didn't Star The Fire"? The cadence seems similar, and the "What else do I have to say?" line is straight from Joel's song.

Haunted toys, Killerwatt, Boogieman, rival bot, Ray's a duke, doomsday door, Faversham, Murray's war, Peter's dad, outer space, Sent to a cartoon place, Egon's uncle, beasts take over, Ray resigns, four-leaf clover, NYC gets put to sleep, Grundel, Christmas, chicken creep, Necksa, Paris, Casey Jones, Ghost baby and moaning stones, Bad genie, small troll, Slimer's double, lost soul, Halloween every day What else do I have to say? RGB was a great show! Laughs and thrills, It gave people the chills Yes, Egon aging backwards, And Janine got transformed once. One time we met Winston's dad, And how bout a game of baseball, With good and evil and do do do do do do? Sorry for the Juniors Laughs and thrills, It gave people the chills |

Well, I'm older than dirt, remember? The Billy Joel song came out in 1989, thirty-five years ago just after I graduated high school so for all I know you weren't even born when that song came out.
