I agree with that. Not everyone is going to like his videos.

Okay BUT you have to admit, the "Beat It" episode is pretty funny, and he does a really good job on imitating the voices, especially Egon's...

I laughed. Dubs appeal to my adolescent sense of humour. Maybe this one's at the coarser end of coarse, but all the same, it doesn't strike me as any different to any other one of these things: a harmless joke that I'm quite sure we aren't expected to adopt as canon.

I've seen funnier things where it didn't involve implying that the Ghostbusters are gay!
It's just stupid!
Is the guy homophobic? :? Not all gay people behave like that anyway! And I know quite a few through a friend of mine. It's so stereotypical!
Also why does he have to imitate Coulier's Peter? His Ray's pretty good, I'll admit. His Egon is shit & Winston sounds the gayest of the lot!
Maybe I am taking it too seriously, but they're just not funny, witty or clever. Just brainless.
If you want a laugh, just watch the cartoon series!

No, seriously, the Michael Jackson one is funny, I'm sorry, but it is.

"Hello, Egon, couldn't get enough of me, could you? It doesn't matter if you're black or white, F- that shit. I'm gonna go see what Macully's up to."

ROFL

I think it doesn't bother me because I think it's "meant" to be a joke...slash fiction takes itself very seriously and when somebody implies that my boys are gay ("not that there's anything wrong with that") it just gets my defenses up as if they were lying about ME...for some reason this just seems like a stupid joke...but if I knew that the creator meant it seriously, I probably wouldn't find it that funny...

I think you need to lighten up, seriously, the guy probably made more because OTHER people thought they were funny. I did, I watched a bunch of them.

Question is, would you be as upset if it was He-Man or something else?

That suggests He-Man can be made any more homoerotic than it already is.

You know, I don't go around sharing my disturbing sexual fetishes with people who didn't ask.

There's two things I've learned in my years of fanfiction/fandom regarding slash/yaoi/whatever you want to call it:

1. In fandom, male characters are gay unless proven straight, and even that means nothing

2. Complaining about it is like spitting in the wind.

These fanvids are played for laughs and nothing else. I admit it, I lol'ed. This kind of thing used to upset me when I was new to fandom; now it's just eyerolly and funny.
