Still seems to be running smoothly... hopefully I haven't just jinxed it.

Well, after almost six months it seems to be happening again, but if you see this message you probably figured it out already.
Same as before, moving the board to the same url as last time.

As anyone here right now probably noticed, the Ectozone.com domain is not working correctly (I did send a group email about it). I've submitted a ticket to the domain registrar, but now, as of today, I can't even reach the support site!
I'll keep you posted, but keep using ectozone.net for the time being.

I figured I'd try putting the board at the usual /phpBB3 url. Since Ectozone.com is still the more known domain, maybe the ai scrapebots haven't found this yet. It'd be kind of funny if one of my problems was solving the other one.

So an update:
The problem with the Ectozone.com url is that the company I registered it from, Lycos, has basically gotten out of the web hosting game. The original Ectozone site at Angelfire is gone, and the Ectozone.com domain is in limbo.
I reached out to the company Lycos was a reseller for, and after explaining all of my efforts to contact Lycos--a trouble ticket that's been "processing" for over two months, emails that bounced back, and disconnected support phone numbers--the company will allow me to either move the domain to their service, or transfer it somewhere else (if I do, almost certainly GoDaddy, getting all of my hosting and domains consolitated)
Anyway, the long and short is that Ectozone.com will hopefully be working again soon. It's been the main domain for so long, and the urls are all over the internet, so getting it back will be a great relief.

Well, it wouldn't be me if everything went right.
The domain hosting company said they'd sent an email with the info I'd need to unlock the domain and authorize its transfer; I never received it, in the only email box I'd ever listed on my Lycos profile.
I've asked what email they actually sent it to, and what other options would be available. I'll keep you all updated of course.
