I figured the crowd here would be interested in this: Rodie just posted a few links on GBN, including a screen cap of Janine as seen in the Wii version of the video game (and presumably the PS2 version as well)

Very nice. The tank top, beads,and green glasses definitely show a strong influence from the animation. I quite approve.

Doesn't necessarily mean the PS3/360/ect. version will look anything like that, but we can only hope...

Yes, I can be on board with this design. Don't know about the head band though, but nobody's perfect. And let's face it, my hair has looked much worse, lol.

Now I want to see the PS3 Janine!

Nice headset BTW, I now work with one of those bad boys, very convienent, guess those come standard with all government jobs, lol. I love that concept BTW, I totally followed in my role models footsteps.

I admit it didn't grab me nearly as much as the Wii version did. She doesn't even look like Annie Potts to me.

Still, I liked seeing Slimer in the background. It gives me hope that Slimer won't be "evil" after all. Like he ever was "evil"

I think she will look more like Annie in a better close up picture, as you can see, they obviously coppied the GB 1 Janine, its just the new hairdo, new clothes and new glasses. Its the 90210 version of Janine, lol. I like it though, it may not be exactly what we would have done, but you have seen how it could be much worse.

Well, I see that you've seen it already, Fritz.

I took one look at the Wii and said to Gabe "Hah! I'm CERTAIN that this will tickle Fritz's fancy!"

I have very high hopes for this game. Slimer appears to be a friendly character again (after you subdue whatever "fit" he's in), and even the PS3/XBOX360 Janine still looks passable!

Think about it...she's apparently ditched the "Eau de Skanke" look, and adopted a more traditional haircut. Better yet....NO LOUIS!

If all of these elements are following the same trend, she may be also going back to her old habits...attempted dating habits, that is.

This should all be great news.
